Case study

Owing to the lockdown during COVID 19 pandemic 2020, the sales of "Central Park Puppies" dropped drastically. We decided to go for an online solution after having few brief conversations with each other as it was urgent. There were few issues that we came across.

  • Finalizing the contract between the customer and the seller as obtaining the customer signature was impossible.
  • The system was urgent hence the time we had was less.
  • All the conversations regarding development were from home and the developers were working from home as island wide curfew was active here.

The contract was auto generated and Redot developers managed to obtain the customer signature in digital format. Records of the purchases were stored for report generation processes. The outcome of the project was so positive that it was able to hike the sales up. “Central Park Puppies” decided to move forward with the platform as it proved to be a success for them.

Where we are now?

Key success of this project is creating an online talent market place where the venders can register their portfolio and customers can easily pick according to their needs with an effective multi-end communication.
